Considerations: Activities with the broadest impact and outreach, and projects with a proven history of success are favored over unproven programs with narrow audiences.

Timing: Application period is quarterly.  For example: Applications received between July 1-September 30 will be decided in October.

Applications will be awarded quarterly – Apply at any time in the cycle.

  • 1st QTR: July-Sept.
  • 2nd QTR: Oct-Dec.
  • 3rd QTR: Jan-March
  • 4th QTR: April- June
