Maximum amount awarded at one time is $625, but smaller grants are available. In order to be considered, all requests must include the following:

1) cover sheet on your organizations Letterhead

2) project narrative what the project is, who will benefit

3) how much requested from BAC

4) other sources of funding (cash and in-kind)

5) timeline and who is responsible

6) outcomes/results of success and

7) support materials to aide Board in determination.

Considerations: Activities with the broadest impact and outreach, and projects with a proven history of success are favored over unproven programs with narrow audiences.

Timing: Application period is quarterly.  For example: Applications received between July 1-September 30 will be decided in October.

Applications will be awarded quarterly – Apply at any time in the cycle.

  • 1st QTR: July-Sept.
