The Brunswick Arts Council also participates in the Region 6 Artist Support Grant program for New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Bladen, and Columbus counties. This program is administered by the Arts Council of Wilmington & New Hanover County. This year they received 66 applications requesting a total of $60,468.31. The panel awarded 27 artists a total of $25,039.31.
