Hygee 2025 Winter Show

This art show and sale celebrates the things that bring us comfort when the darkness of the winter season settles in upon us. The word HYGEE is a Danish and Norwegian word which means invoking or fostering a sense of coziness, contentment and well being. The art that was curated for the show brought a sense of “hygee” to the jurors, as it will for the viewers. The artists are all local to the area.
The show and sale will begin January 23, 2025, and run through March 30, 2025.
The opening reception falls on a Wilmington Fourth Friday, January 25, 2025; 6pm to 8 pm.
