Cape Fear Chorale presents Bach Christmas Oratorio

Ring in the holiday season with Johann Sebastian Bach’s joyous and monumental Christmas Oratorio, Parts 4 and 6, performed by Cape Fear Chorale, orchestra, and featured soloists under the direction of Aaron Peisner. The concert will feature special guests, the Laney High School Adventurers, led by Jennifer Mueske. In addition to the Christmas Oratorio, the concert will include carols to get you in the holiday spirit. It will close with Bach’s powerful Dona Nobis Pacem from his B-Minor Mass.

Now in its twenty-seventh season, Cape Fear Chorale is under the direction of Aaron Peisner, Artistic Director and Conductor. All members are volunteers, and the group comprises 70-85 auditioned singers each semester. Cape Fear Chorale believes in the transformative power of music.
